The service at the front desk was
exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist us. Our stay was delightful, although I found the pool area could get a little crowded during peak hours. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the breathtaking views and attentive service all around.

The location excelled, providing easy access to attractions with breathtaking views. The staff were incredibly courteous, especially Suity at reception who helped us with luggage.
The room could benefit from some minor improvements.

We stayed in a Premier Burj Khalifa & Fountain View Room with Balcony for a week and absolutely loved the breathtaking views and the comfy amenities like the Dyson hair dryer. The outdoor swimming pool and serene spa lounge provided perfect spots for relaxation after long days of exploring. Although the room service wasn't always spot on, it didn't take away from our wonderful stay overall! 🌟

Had an amazing time with friends! Enjoyed the stunning views from our balcony and the luxurious spa treatments. We also loved having direct access to the mall, making shopping a breeze. Don’t miss the exclusive Club Suites for added benefits!
One downside was the limited experience we had with the concierge. They seemed unfamiliar with local attractions, which made planning a bit tricky.

Incredible location with direct access to a major shopping destination and stunning views. The spacious room was impeccably clean, and the pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Service was generally excellent, although communication was poor at check-out when I had to extend my stay unexpectedly. They did not respond promptly to urgent requests, which was frustrating during a difficult time.

Beautiful views and great amenities
Staying for 3 nights in the Premier Burj Khalifa & Fountain View Room was incredible. The view was epic, overlooking the Burj Khalifa and the fountain show. Loved the fitness center and the outdoor swimming pool. The breakfast had a diverse selection, and the extra touches like complimentary water were awesome. Service was on point too!

The breakfast buffet packs a punch with local treats and classics, but the highlight was indulging in a hearty meal at the nearby Texas Roadhouse. Plus, the service from staff like Mr Abbas was top-notch, making everything flow smoothly.
However, not everything sparkled. And, don't get me started on the shower pressure—felt like a drizzle in the Sahara!

i loved my stay! the views from the premier burj khalifa & fountain view room balcony were just breathtaking, surpassing my expectations from previous visits in dubai. every little detail was attended to by the friendly housekeeping staff, creating a warm atmosphere that made me feel at home.

Stayed in the Premier Burj Khalifa & Fountain View Room with Balcony. The space was massive and super clean. The bed was super comfy, and the views of the Burj Khalifa were just breathtaking! Every detail in the room felt well thought out, making it cozy and luxurious. Just a couple of downsides, the minibar was empty and needed a bit more variety. Also, it got cold at night, but overall a really great experience.

The breakfast buffet was impressive, featuring a variety of high-quality options, and the spa provided a luxurious retreat after a busy day. The staff were consistently attentive and ensured my needs were met promptly.
The shower pressure was disappointingly low.
